Recently, NBTC Thailand has officially released NTC TS 1010-2560 to replace existing NTC TS 1010-2550 technical standard for Radio Communication Radio Frequency Identification: RFID on the list of products subjected to NBTC Certification and Declaration of Conformity. The new standard effect from 24 Nov 2017 together with the new standard for IoT (non-RFID) is under technical standard NTC TS 1033-2560 introduced by NBTC Thailand recently.
Some highlighted features as below:
1. The new standard radio frequency including 920 – 925 MHz for apply to IoT device.
2. Product must comply with the Radio Technical requirement, Electrical Safety requirement, and Radiation Exposure requirement.
3. There are 2 types of certification applied, depending on the specified output power and frequency range as summarized below
Technical standards of telecommunication equipment |
