Before the effective date of this regulation, all the Type approval Certificates which has been issued based on regulations Announcement of the Office of the Nation Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission: Inspection and certification of telecommunications equipment dated Aug. 16, 2017, shall keep its validity till expiry dates on Type Approval Certificates.
In the previous regulation, Type Approval for wireless device consists of both RF and EMC standards. DoC application can be submitted after getting the Type approval certification.
